HR Specialist

Responsibilities:
ο Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
ο Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
ο Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
ο Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
ο Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
ο Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields.
ο 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, or employee relations.
ο Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
ο Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
