Safety Specialist
Industrial Construction Safety Specialist - Bilingual, with expertise in:
- CFR 29 1926
- Must Have OSHA 500
- Fall Protection competence
- Conducting safety meetings and daily project safety audits at a minimum.
- Ability to use persuasive means to correct safety policy deviations and conduct stand-owns when appropriate, provide guidance to field staff in all safety related matters
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Ability to work with and between Client Owner and our firm the Controlling Contractor when dealing with various subcontractors regarding their safety performance and any disciplinary measures that may be enforced.
- Construction skills and technical field knowledge in construction safety are paramount.
- Certified Occupational Safety Specialist - (COSS)
- Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO)
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
- ProCore
- MS Office Suite
