- Design control systems for complex automated systems "from the ground up,” including developing panel layouts, power distribution and controls wiring diagrams, PLC programs, and HMI programs.
- You will work closely and be very familiar with Allen Bradley and ControlLogix PLC's & FactoryTalk View and other platforms.
- A background in both manufacturing and process controls and a strong understanding of instrumentation, analog signaling, and basic electronics would be beneficial.
- Will work closely with Project Engineers to develop and implement error-proofing systems.
- Will work closely with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose daily production issues.
- Allen Bradley PLC Programming: 3 years
- Automation: 3 years
- Manufacturing: 3 years
- Electrical: 3 years
- Walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders and stairs; crawl; kneel
- The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds unassisted.
- Must be safety and customer-focused, without exception
- Required safety equipment: Metatarsal boots, ARC-flash rated clothing, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat, and hearing protection
