Director Business Intelligence

Hiring an experienced Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the data analytics and warehousing teams, providing thought leadership, mentorship, and fostering a data-driven culture within the company.

Must have expertise in data architecture, engineering, governance, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:

• Data & Analytics Strategy: Lead and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.
• Architecture & Engineering: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and engineering solutions to optimize data utilization.
• Reporting & Analytics Development: Spearhead the creation of advanced reports and analytics to support and develop data monetization initiatives.
• Complex Data Integrations: Manage complex integrations across diverse systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, security, and quality.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• 15 years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of building and leading analytics functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
