This role will be supporting HR and payroll for approximately 230 employees and managing benefits for around 250 employees across multiple locations.
Position Overview
The HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist will oversee payroll and benefits administration for employees across multiple locations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and external regulations while supporting employee relations, HR systems, and compensation and benefits functions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Employee Relations
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
Act as a liaison between employees and management for policy, payroll, and benefits inquiries.
Promote company culture and ensure transparency in HR communications.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Manage payroll processing and benefits administration for employees at multiple sites.
Oversee benefit enrollments, billing administration, and compliance.
Train managers on ADP payroll procedures.
Administer 401(k) plans, leave of absence programs, and disability claims.
Coordinate open enrollment and new hire benefits onboarding.
Work with external accounting firms on expat tax filings and compliance.
HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and HRIS records.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (EEO, OSHA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
Uphold company Code of Ethics and Safety Standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP, KRONOS, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate HR functions.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
