NOW HIRING : Packer - 2nd Shift (3 : 15 PM - 11 : 45 PM) - San Jose
Join our team as a Packer in San Jose! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our products are packed and shipped according to high standards, while meeting productivity goals and maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Start and stop the packing station, following safety and quality rules
- Ensure packed products match order specifications
- Conduct quality audits on finished goods and accurately record line production efficiencies
- Isolate and report any damaged items to supervisors
- Ensure boxes are properly labeled and packed for shipment
- Scan and verify packing labels for accuracy
- Seal packed boxes securely and ensure they meet shipping standards
- Report errors in product selection or quantity immediately
- Meet or exceed productivity goals consistently
- Perform other duties as assigned
