Compensation : $22 / hr .

Location : Hybrid in Franklin, MA.

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE :

Responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of data across various systems within the organization. The position involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting data-related issues, as well as implementing improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency. Will collaborate closely with other team members to support data-driven decision-making and ensure seamless operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Monitor data flows and processes to identify anomalies, errors, or discrepancies.
Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss.
Investigate data-related issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
Diagnose root causes of data discrepancies or performance issues and implement timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data problems and optimize data workflows.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline data processing tasks.
Work with stakeholders to define data quality metrics and benchmarks, and ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data systems, processes, and procedures.
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and analytics.
Propose and implement enhancements to data infrastructure, tools, and workflows to support evolving business needs.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to build expertise and promote best practices.
Monitor and work client and internal Jira tickets.
Special projects when needed.

SUPERVISION :

Role does not require supervision of direct and indirect reports.
