Data Technician

• Monitor data flows and processes to identify anomalies, errors, or discrepancies.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss.
• Investigate data-related issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
• Diagnose root causes of data discrepancies or performance issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data problems and optimize data workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline data processing tasks.
• Work with stakeholders to define data quality metrics and benchmarks, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data systems, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and analytics.
• Propose and implement enhancements to data infrastructure, tools, and workflows to support evolving business needs.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to build expertise and promote best practices.
• Monitor and work client and internal Jira tickets.
• Special projects when needed.
