- Receivables & Collections: Contact clients with past due invoices to ensure timely payments
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and send invoices, scan documents, set up new accounts, and maintain accurate records
- Revenue Collection: Process credit card payments, ACH transactions, and other revenue collection methods
- Fee Adjustments: Process and update fee invoice increases to ensure accuracy in financial systems
- Payables Backup: Serve as backup for the Accounts Payable team during absences
- Project Participation: Evaluate financial systems and contribute to internal projects for process improvements
- Financial Analysis: Assist the CFO with financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience with accounting or financial software is beneficial
- A degree in accounting is a plus but not required
