Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support fiduciary team members through regular performance reviews, one-on-one check-ins, and training programs
- Serve as the liaison between the fiduciary team and the Chief Fiduciary Officer, ensuring clear communication and operational efficiency
- Promote engagement, job satisfaction, and long-term retention of fiduciary team members
- Drive consistency in fiduciary practices across locations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards
- Monitor and manage fiduciary team performance metrics, including capacity and account quality
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth workflow management and resource allocation
- Conduct annual stay interviews to assess and address team members’ needs and career aspirations
- Ensure timely remediation of compliance and third-party examiner observations to uphold high standards of accountability
- Lead the fiduciary team through periods of growth, development, and organizational change to ensure adaptability and continued success
- 5 years of management experience, preferably in fiduciary services, financial services, or a related field (or at the discretion of the Executive Team)
- Proven ability to develop, mentor, and engage team members to promote professional growth
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate across multiple locations and departments to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Knowledge of fiduciary standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements is a plus
