Powersports Parts Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Manager to oversee our parts department, combining sales and management responsibilities to drive success.

Job Summary: The Powersport Parts Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. This includes overseeing inventory management, sales, customer service, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and a strong understanding of parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts and accessories.
• Train, mentor, and supervise parts department staff.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to optimize parts availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a parts management role, preferably in powersports or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Kawasaki, CF Moto, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, Piaggio, Mahindra, Roxor, and EZ GO parts and accessories.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for powersports and customer satisfaction.
