Summary:

The Property Manager at PeakMade Real Estate is a key leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties while ensuring that both financial targets and resident satisfaction are achieved. This role involves managing a diverse team and collaborating with various departments to enhance the property’s performance, enhance resident experiences, and uphold the PeakMade standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative, operational, and financial aspects of the property to ensure that business objectives are met.
  • Manage, train, and mentor property staff to create a high-performing team focused on excellence and service.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency; address maintenance and operational issues swiftly.
  • Utilize market analysis to maximize revenue opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of property management software and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and market data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
