Welness Director

• Program Development and Implementation:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs tailored to the needs of assisted living residents.
• Design and deliver activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Coordinate with staff, residents, and families to ensure program effectiveness.
• Resident Assessment and Care Planning:
• Conduct resident assessments to identify individual needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address those needs.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Staff Training and Supervision:
• Provide training and support to staff on wellness initiatives and best practices.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of wellness staff.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to assisted living and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the wellness budget and ensure responsible spending.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make improvements as needed.
