About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant with at least five years of HR experience to support our growing client base. In this role, you will work closely with businesses across various industries, providing expert guidance on HR strategy, talent management, compliance, and performance optimization. Requirements

A Typical Day May Include:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advising on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Creating and executing recruitment strategies.
• Conducting job analysis and writing job descriptions.
• Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Advising on employee relations issues and conflict resolution strategies.
• Providing guidance on performance evaluations and feedback processes.
• Providing expert advice and strategic recommendations.
• Staying up to date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a candidate with approximately 5 years of previous HR experience who is comfortable working on operational human resources. The ideal candidate should have:

• Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with key tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Workable, and ideally Rippling.
• You are highly organized and adaptable to handling shifting tasks and priorities on a daily basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, essential for managing various projects and tasks.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and self-management.
• Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail and presentation.
• Flexibility in availability, as workload demands can fluctuate and sometimes require immediate attention.
