We’re seeking a candidate with approximately 5 years of previous HR experience who is comfortable working on operational human resources. The ideal candidate should have:
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with key tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Workable, and ideally Rippling.
- You are highly organized and adaptable to handling shifting tasks and priorities on a daily basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, essential for managing various projects and tasks.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and self-management.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Flexibility in availability, as workload demands can fluctuate and sometimes require immediate attention.
