Budgie helps employers ensure their employees are getting the most out of their benefits. As a Consumer Engagement Manager you will own and execute strategies to ensure employees of our employer clients understand, engage with, and benefit from the Budgie platform. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing campaigns, conducting user research, and leveraging analytics to optimize engagement. Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams, you will drive adoption and deliver measurable impact for both employees and employers.
What You'll Do
- Engagement Strategy & Execution
Develop and own the end-to-end consumer engagement strategy, ensuring clients' employees understand and use Budgie effectively
Write effective content from email subject lines to text messages to detailed overviews that help users understand and act on Budgie's recommendations
Analyze engagement metrics and user behavior to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement to the product and how to best partner with our clients
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand employee needs, preferences, and barriers to engagement
Work with employer clients to develop tailored engagement strategies that align with their company culture and employee needs

Employment Details
Cash compensation range : $120,000 - 150,000 per year, as determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors.
