Your Impact :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee the company's global accounts payable processes, including leading a team of AP specialists and ensuring seamless execution of all payable functions. The AP Manager will be responsible for managing the weekly payment process in alignment with cash forecasting needs, overseeing vendor credit card payments and annual 1099 filings, and ensuring accurate and timely corporate credit card reconciliations. Additionally, the AP Manager will manage the travel and entertainment (T&E) team and ensure cross-training within the AP team to address global payment needs.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payable Operations
Oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accurate vendor payments and compliance with approvals and audit controls.
Lead the T&E team, ensuring adherence to policies and accurate processing of expense reports.
Lead, mentor, and develop the global AP and T&E teams, fostering collaboration and cross-training.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Core Experience
This position may offer a hybrid work schedule after the successful completion of training, contingent upon proof that job duties can be effectively performed remotely.
Compensation : $65,000-75,000 / DOE
