Pearce Services is seeking an HVAC Administrator to support the operations of our HVAC team. This role involves office duties that support multiple projects specific to the HVAC team.

Your Impact
Pearce Services is seeking an HVAC Administrator to support the operations of our HVAC team. This role involves office duties that support multiple projects specific to the HVAC team.
Core Responsibilities
- HVAC Close-out Package creation and submission.
- Customer portal updates in project management software.
- Scoping of Telecommunication sites to determine proper HVAC replacement option and perform Site Power and Heat Calculations.
- Pearce Portal use for updates/revisions on active projects for items like POs, equipment received, project start and end dates, etc.
- Submission of equipment orders to customers.
Core Experience
- 2 years of administrative support working experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects at once.
- Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies/software programs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

- Ability to work at our physical office in Fort Wayne, Indiana during working hours.
