Your Impact

Are you a skilled and highly motivated HVAC Technician who is looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced, rewarding job in the Telecom industry? If so, Pearce has a career for you! Our HVAC Technicians service and repair commercial HVAC units on cell phone towers. This role is a great match for responsible self-starters who are willing to travel.

Core Responsibilities :

Maintaining commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units - diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs while on-call
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
Driving to remote work sites as needed

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

3 or more years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)

Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical / Work Environment :

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.

Compliance with FCC / FAA / EPA / OSHA Regulations

Must have the ability to inspect and / or troubleshoot equipment / alarms effectively, both visually and audibly

Must have the ability to be on call and travel for work when needed is highly preferred, especially during busy summer months

May need to pass DOT physical

Compensation : $28.00-$35.00 hourly / DOE
