Our Network Field Operations (NFO) business focuses on maintaining critical assets including Wireless and Wireline infrastructure, modular units, data centers, EV charging, solar, and Wind sites across North America.
In 2024, the Pearce NFO team dispatched over 500,000 work orders, at more than 79,000 individual locations. Making Pearce the largest maintenance and repair provider for wireless/critical infrastructure in the U.S. Pearce supports over 54,000 sites for HVAC and Generator maintenance and repair. We support over 25,000 sites for Line, Antenna, DAS, & Small Cell maintenance and repair. These dispatches were all related to critical infrastructure (i.e., CEC, Hut, CEV, wireless shelters, central offices, data centers, MTSO, and POP sites, etc.).

Based at our Lewisville, TX training center, you will coordinate and oversee new hire orientations and training sessions, acting as a liaison between various departments. - Coordinate travel and accommodations for employees attending training.
- Ensure all necessary materials and IT equipment are prepared and available on-site.
- Assemble and distribute New Hire packets.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Order and distribute vouchers for trainees as needed.
- Assist on-site trainers with necessary tasks to support training sessions.
- Create and maintain trainee check-in logs to track attendance and engagement.
- Adapt to evolving service line needs by refining processes and contributing to continuous improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to develop and improve onboarding workflows as needed.
- Experience coordinating logistics, such as travel and scheduling, is a plus
