Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various phone systems.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and available.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with front desk operations or hotel management systems is advantageous.
