We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, plumbing and electrical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities .
- Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
- Grounds upkeep/snow removal
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical work
- Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
Must be reliable, punctual and professional. Criminal background check and drug screen are requirements for employment.
