Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist the providers in pre-testing which includes using an autorefractor and OPTOS ( retinal imaging)
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including EMR software.
- Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
