Job Role - Director of IT

Salary: Up to $180,000 per year Benefits
Are you an experienced IT leader with expertise in Healthcare and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare technology? We are seeking a Director of IT to lead technology initiatives, ensuring seamless system operations, security, and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the IT department, providing strategic leadership and vision.
- Manage and optimize CareTend for improved operational efficiency.
- Implement IT best practices, security protocols, and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role (Director, Senior Manager, or similar).
- Strong expertise in WellSky CareTend—implementation, optimization, and support.
- Background in healthcare IT, home infusion, or specialty pharmacy is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
