What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Customer Service Representative/Cashier position at Pearson Mazda?
Pearson Mazda is accepting applications for a Cashier/Customer Service position. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, energetic individual to join our team.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in an automotive dealership, but we also welcome candidates with experience working in high-end retail, customer service or service/hospitality. Must have previous cashier experience.
Automotive Cashier Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Working in a high paced environment with other team members
- Answer inquiries with positive & welcoming attitude
- Scheduling service appointments
- Customer / Vehicle check in
- Maintaining filing systems
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
- Calculate the customer bill using dealership's computer system
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payment from customers
- Balance the cash in the register
- Inform guests of Dealership policies, hours of operation, and relevant services
Automotive Cashier Requirements::
- 2 Years Cashier experience required, Automotive Cashier experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clean Background check, clean driving record & drug testing required
- Must be able to work Saturdays
Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:30PM some Saturdays 7:30AM-2:30PM. Apply today for immediate consideration.
