As a Receptionist Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. You will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of our office while providing outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to the executive and operations teams, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and managing office equipment.
