Job Summary
Crown Realty Property Management is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist tenants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary. (MUST BE BILLINGUAL)
- Schedule and manage appointments using calendar management tools.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Tech savvy and know able to work with office management tasks, including document creation and data entry.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in applications (Word, Excel, Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this is a plus for our diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
- Experience in office management is desirable but not mandatory.
