Duties

- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing and office supplies management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Support physical therapy duties if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
- Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient data entry.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable, particularly in a dental or medical setting.
