We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and care. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage landscape maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Supervise a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate lawn care activities including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and pest control.
- Implement tree care practices such as pruning, planting, and disease management.
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues that arise during operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping or groundskeeping environment.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and general landscaping principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A background in horticulture or landscape design is a plus but not mandatory.
