The Role :
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Technologist to join our innovative product teams and push the boundaries of learning experiences. You will be a key member, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring cutting-edge interactive experiences to life. You will blend design thinking with advanced technical skills to develop engaging and impactful learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Cutting-Edge Experiences :
- Create interactive prototypes that seamlessly integrate design and functionality.
- Explore and implement innovative technologies like AI / ML, AR / VR, and game mechanics into learning experiences.
- Develop engaging and impactful learning solutions using advanced front-end technologies.
- Support iterative optimization by managing and maintaining site integrated Martech that supports AB Testing and Personalisation.

About You :
5 years of experience as a Creative Technologist, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles, interactive experiences, and front-end technologies.
Experience with design tools : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, etc.
Experience with AI / ML, AR / VR, and game development (preferred).
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Passion for learning and a strong interest in educational technology.
Experience with educational content and learning platforms (preferred).
