As a Software QA Engineer (Blackbox Testing) – Contract, you will focus on manual software testing to validate system functionality, user interactions, and overall product performance. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to execute test plans, document issues, and ensure high-quality releases. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end testing, exploratory testing, and identifying software defects that impact user experience.

The Role
As a Software QA Engineer (Blackbox Testing) – Contract, you will focus on manual software testing to validate system functionality, user interactions, and overall product performance. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to execute test plans, document issues, and ensure high-quality releases. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end testing, exploratory testing, and identifying software defects that impact user experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual blackbox test cases to validate software functionality and system interactions.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to support issue resolution.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing across different software platforms.
- Verify software reliability and responsiveness across mobile applications, embedded systems, and cloud-based interfaces.
- Work with engineers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Provide detailed feedback on user experience, performance, and edge cases.
- Participate in test planning, sprint reviews, and release validation.
- 3 years of experience in software QA, manual testing, or blackbox testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing processes, and defect tracking.
- Experience testing mobile applications, web platforms, or embedded systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and report software issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
