Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee the daily operations of our escape rooms, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for our customers
- Greet and brief participants on the escape room rules, storyline, and objectives
- Monitor and guide participants throughout their escape room experience, providing hints and assistance as needed
- Reset and prepare the escape rooms for the next group of participants
- Maintain and troubleshoot escape room props, puzzles, and technology to ensure optimal functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun and engaging environment for participants
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating escape rooms or similar immersive experiences is preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
