The Chip Seal Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of chip seal projects, from planning to execution. This includes developing detailed project plans, leading and supervising project teams, preparing regular status reports, and identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in road maintenance or chip seal projects.
- Strong knowledge of chip seal processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
