The Milling/Paving Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of milling and paving operations on construction sites. This role requires a dedicated individual who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising milling and paving activities, leading and mentoring a team of operators, laborers, and subcontractors, conducting regular inspections and assessments of work performed, enforcing safety protocols and regulations, managing equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project managers.
