Position Summary:
The PECO Data Management Associate Specialist will operate with a high level of integrity and ethics in a fast paced, deadline driven, and team-oriented environment. This position supports the Data Management and Asset Management Team, as well as all other departments at PECO Pallet in the areas of effectively managing the inventory audit review process, entry/maintenance of advanced data across multiple platforms, inventory management, inventory analysis & reporting.
Career Path includes mastery of duties of the Clerk Position (all levels) as well.
Key Responsibilities:

To learn the process for reviewing all inventory audits
- Communication with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audits to reduce audit life cycle

To learn all remaining Master Data Setup / Maintenance not covered by the Clerk position
- Depots / Renters
- Component Pricing

To learn Month-end reporting process and report creation
- Distributor Return Loss Rate
- Inventory Roll-Forward
- Pallet Disposal
- Manage, support and carry out activities to improve PECO asset management
- Update job knowledge by participating in development opportunities
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Misc.
- Use MS Office programs (including Outlook, Excel, Access, and other business applications) to perform daily job functions.
- Increase working knowledge of PECO’s internal systems, including RED<>LINK®, Navision, SharePoint, TMS.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required / some college preferred
- 3-4 years’ experience in a fast-paced professional office environment
- Computer knowledge including MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.)
Environment/Physical Demands:
Work is done in an office and is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting up to 8 hours while working on a computer.
