Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do :
The Corporate Accounting Intern will report to a Senior Corporate Accountant and work with other team members in person in our Cincinnati, OH office.
- Gain a further understanding of the various accounting systems, the monthly accounting process and reporting cycle, and further develop excel skills.
- Assist in various month-end close team duties (I.e. prepare various journal entry allocations, accruals, review prepaid accounts and prepare entry, reconcile tracking for various processes, monitor internal journal entries for accuracy)
- Perform various special projects throughout the month.
- Perform other on-demand tasks and projects.
