- Partners with Talent Acquisition to fill key roles in support of the business.
- Manages annual salary and performance review process in partnership with leaders.
- Effectively investigates and resolves workplace issues and employee complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources management and/or management.
- 5 years of experience as an experienced HRBP in a manufacturing environment managing large teams.
- 4 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and developing HR goals and priorities.
Talent Development
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Develops direct reports via stretch assignments and coaching to help grow skillsets.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in partnership with team and leadership to optimize organization.
