Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations, with expertise in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and talent development, particularly within manufacturing environments. This position requires the ability to oversee HR functions across multiple sites, both domestically and internationally, ensuring a cohesive and legally compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the full scope of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- HR Strategy Development: Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote a positive company culture.
- Talent Management: Work closely with management to assess workforce needs, implement employee engagement initiatives, and support retention strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation: Manage the administration and enhancement of employee benefits programs, including compensation, health, and wellness offerings.
- Compliance and Legal Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
- Multisite HR Oversight: Coordinate HR activities across multiple domestic and international manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and policies.
- Cultural Stewardship: Foster a positive working environment and maintain a supportive company culture that aligns with organizational values.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Multisite Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage HR operations across various locations.
- International HR Experience: Experience managing international HR operations is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
