Multiple award-winning Pedal Haus Brewery is currently looking for energetic and positive people to join our team. We are in search of motivated professionals who enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of working in high volume restaurants (and breweries).

Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
High standards for food quality and consistency
High standards for kitchen sanitation and safety
Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Conflict management abilities
Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality of food preparation
Supervise Kitchen Managers and Lead Cooks to ensure company standards are maintained
Supervise food prep and cooking
Adhere to food and labor cost goals companywide
Conduct monthly inspections
Work in a hands-on role during peak shifts (Friday-Sunday)
Maintain training materials for all BOH positions
Maintain BOH uniform standards at all times
Adhere to all local, county, and state regulations for food safety
