Pedcor Investments, LLC, a Real Estate Development Company, located in Carmel, Indiana is searching for a Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting team. The following description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities
- Daily cash management activities such as deposits, wires, and transfers
- Enter transactions into cash management module, general ledgers and online banking systems
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data such as cash flows and projections
- Processing of construction draw funding
- Maintain cash management spreadsheets for upper management and owners
- Communicate with banks, sites, investors and Pedcor staff
- Open/close bank accounts along with setting up new users on banking sites
- Review bank statements, analyze deposit corrections from the banks, and send notifications to our many sites on NSFs
- Work closely with the accountants and auditors on questions
- Monitor cash for sufficient cash balances for a large volume of accounts
- Processing of Partnership waterfalls for excess cash distribution
Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates Degree in accounting or higher preferred (will consider 3 years job experience equivalent within cash management)
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits for posting cash transactions a must
- 1-2 years of prior cash management experience preferred with a degree
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Highly organized and motivated with a great attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and prioritize with a large volume of daily tasks
- Must have strong communication skills
