Description
The Pedder Automotive Group was founded in 2008 by Owner David Pedder. The family owned and operated dealer group has 7 dealerships in Southern California, representing Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands. The seven (7) locations are - Pedder Nissan, Raceway Nissan, Temecula Nissan, Hemet CDJR, Lake Elsinore CDJR, Pedder Hyundai of Poway, and Pedder CDR J of Poway.

The Parts Shipping / Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction by having parts shipped and received in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
- Manages the scheduling of the inbound and outbound flow of parts, work in process.
- Effectively communicates with Service department to ensure the required parts are available for technicians.
- Determines the proper method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and DOT regulations.
- Contracts with freight companies that can provide the best rates and service within our shipping requirements.
- Ensures the accuracy of inbound parts, including the inspection of the material compared to the shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing lists, parts transfer, etc.) This includes the documentation of material shortages / overages rejected or damaged materials.
