Responsibilities:
- Dialysis Patient Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for dialysis patients.
Liaise with dialysis units to ensure seamless patient transitions and timely treatments.
Act as a central point of contact for dialysis patients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Communication with Healthcare Providers:

- Collaborate with nephrologists to ensure alignment of care plans and scheduling requirements.
Communicate effectively with hospitals to coordinate dialysis-related procedures and treatments.
Facilitate clear communication between the patient and healthcare providers.
- Scheduling Hospital Procedures for Vascular Surgeon:

- Manage and schedule hospital procedures for our vascular surgeon.
Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing vascular procedures.
Ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of procedures.
- Patient Advocacy and Support:
