Outbound Recruiter

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Outbound Recruiter to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring we have an active pipeline of top-tier educational professionals to fill our open positions. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment and/or education, and the focus and drive needed to be committed to outbound recruiting/cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet daily and weekly quotas to source candidates for open Special Education positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through social media and other outlets.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with other team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
• Accurately track and document all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Focused and deliberate - ability to complete many outbound cold calls on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Proficiency in Gmail Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other office software.

**Experience in the field of Special Education/General Education is preferred but not required.**
