Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend /Wellness at the Spa, Plano, TX

Job Type: Full and Part-time

Salary: $18-$22/hour

About Us

At Pediatric offices at Willow Bend/Wellness for the Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team and be the welcoming face of our practice. A Medical Assistant with both front and back office skills is also a good candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Verify insurance and process patient check-in/check-out.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry.
• Handle administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing.
• Support clinical staff with day-to-day office needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical or front office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
