Pediatric Partners is a pediatric primary care group with offices in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton. Our practice has focused for over 23 years on providing exceptional care for all children and is nationally recognized as a leader in innovative models of integrated behavioral and developmental care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Medical Receptionist. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to provide great customer service. The candidate must optimize the providers clinical schedule and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling skills.

Job Duties:

• Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
• Manage multiple phone calls in a timely manner.
• Register new patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Update patient’s demographic.
• Answer and routing patients/ parents’ inquiries.
• Verify insurance information.
• Collect payments.
• Assist entering medical claims.

Work Location:

• Boca Raton

Qualifications:

• Previous medical experience and/or education. Pediatric experience desirable but not required.
• EMR expertise. Athena Healthcare is desirable.
• Ability to assess and manage workflow using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and approach patients and work with fellow staff.
• Ability to multi-task to complete further assignments.
• Great phone etiquette.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Flu vaccination is required.

Schedule:

In office, full time position, must have open availability: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM Saturdays 7:45AM-12:00PM. Shift will be 4 week days 7:45AM-6:00PM and 2 Saturdays per month.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Hourly rate: $18 - $19
