We are looking for a full time Therapy Manager to join our team at our new St. Cloud, Minnesota location! Anticipated start date of May 2025.

Pediatric Partners offers outpatient therapy in a unique fashion that both patients and therapists love. Our clinic offers private treatment rooms, as well as motor and sensory gyms. Therapists may also see patients in their natural home or daycare environments to help them meet their goals.
Summary:
The Therapy Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of services, case management, and/or treatments provided to clients, including overseeing all services provided to individuals and their families, monitoring quality of care delivered, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and monitoring corporate and regulatory program compliance. Oversees clinical services and staff in the clinic location that could include Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health Therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Drives department goals, policies, structures, and processes which support the therapy team in patient care
- Manages new and current patient care assignments to team members as well as, managing team and individual productivity
- 25% patient care and 75% management time
- Leads strategic hiring efforts with interviews and hiring recommendations to PD
- Oversees therapy team, including yet not limited to therapists and students/interns, with scheduling, caseload, training and support
- Audits therapists billing process
- Approves payroll for therapy team, including vacation and sick leave to ensure appropriate coverage
- Completes performance management for team including snapshots, coaching, formal performance management
- Drives engagement for team by holding team meetings and ensuring positive culture
- Recommends equipment purchasing needs to Program Director
- Mentors and develops therapy teams
- Communicate with marketing team regarding referral needs for each discipline and participation in community events
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate for this position has the following:
- Minimum of Master’s Level Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work degree
- Current state licensure in good standing for PT, OT, SLP (CCCs required), LPCC, or LICSW
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
- Management experienced preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Solid understanding of patient care, demonstrates consistent performance with personal caseload management
- Understands the insurance system for appropriate billing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must have advanced technical skills with EMR, Microsoft Excel
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
