Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our chiropractic staff and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer support abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. This position is a vital role in the day-to-day runnings of the office. This position is for someone that is a people person, able to multi-task, roll with the punches, change direction quickly, learn the basics of multiple positions, while enjoying getting to know our patients, and working closely with all other staff members. This position is best equated to the oil in the engine. The engine can’t run without it, as it keeps the engine moving smoothly.
Duties
- Assist in managing patient appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer support by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Assisting in handling office management tasks including filing, organizing patient files, pulling reports, inventory, insurance EOB input, communicating with insurances, attorneys, reps, and other office relationships
- Support the chiropractic team with patient management and flow, including rooming patients, administering basic therapies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Onboarding new patients
- Insurance verifications
- Referral tracking and follow-up
- Work with IT
- Helping to keep all patient care rooms tidy and stocked
Experience
- Proven experience in an office setting with a focus on organizational skills.
- Familiarity with computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pediatric patients, parents as well as the staff.
- Experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
