Duties

- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an Administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderly files and schedules.
