Responsible for providing people services support to their assigned market. The Sr. People Operations Partner (Sr. POP) will initiate and foster partnerships with leaders in support of the organization's strategic objectives, leverage People Services resource systems and drive accountable performance management. Sr. POP will apply solid HR knowledge through creative solutions, implement People Services initiatives, focus on customer needs and achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sr. POP will apply solid HR knowledge through creative solutions, implement People Services initiatives, focus on customer needs and achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and investigates clinical and nonclinical employee relations and compliance concerns as well as processes involuntary terminations in partnership with assigned Market Operations Team.
- Manages Acquisitions and organization growth initiatives through completion of due diligence process, integration/separation activities, job mapping and onboarding in partnership with various internal departments.
- Develops and manages process improvement through review and analysis of duties, tasks, and projects in collaboration with assigned Market Operations Team (as appropriate).
- Manages annual performance reviews and processes in collaboration with assigned Market Operations Team and internal departments.
- Provides guidance to leadership and team members on leave process and procedures; while ensuring compliance with all state and Federal laws as it relates to FMLA, ADA, and company leave policy.
- Manages compensation review process in partnership with assigned Market Operation Team while partnering with appropriate internal departments.
- Conducts Reduction in Force (RIF) analysis and processes RIF packets.
- Develops and conducts one quarterly People Services training per year as identified.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- This role will be mainly supporting MST and CST time zone regions. It is strongly preferred candidate lives in either of these two time zones.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 to 7 years or more of Human Resource Generalist experience.
- Experience in high growth healthcare company preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California Employment Laws.
- PHR/SPHR preferred.
