Your Role
At SAS our Operations team is at the heart of executing our mission. As a People Operations Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and leaders across multiple People Operations (HR) functions, including benefits administration, labor processing, talent acquisition support, and policy implementation.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led culture and enjoys directly impacting people and business objectives.
As a key member of the People Operations team, you will:
- Facilitate Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support Talent Acquisition
- Serve as the Benefits Administrator
- Manage HR Systems & Records
- Drive Employee Engagement & Culture
- Handle Employment Verifications & Compliance
- Act as a Key HR Partner for Local Operations
- Support HR Policy Development & Change Management
- Build Strong Relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in People Operations (HR)
- Experience with BambooHR, Employee Navigator, or Jobvite is a plus

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 based on experience and qualifications.
