Overview : Responsibilities :
Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance. The individual will assist in the preparation of the Companys annual budget process and take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Companys annual budget process
- Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process
- Develop and produce all monthly financial reports
Assist in the monthly close process reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis
Assist market directors in building proformas and compensation model
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience :
Experience Industry : Healthcare
