At our Elm Street Pediatrics division in Winnetka, we’re looking for a motivated Practice Manager to help us continue our growth by driving patient satisfaction, boosting practice revenue, and improving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Be a hands-on leader, guiding day-to-day practice operations, staff management, and business growth initiatives.
- Work closely with our physicians and leadership to align clinical and operational goals.
- Use data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, revenue streams, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing, cohesive team.
- Implement and adapt to evolving healthcare technologies to streamline practice functions.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or relevant college-level coursework (clinical, business) preferred.
- Leadership: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare, including practice management, with proven success in leading teams and driving results.
- People-Centric Mindset: Strong human resources, team-building, and communication skills are essential to support and guide staff toward collective success.
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify challenges and craft practical solutions.
